How long do the extensions last?
With your proper care and maintenance, our extensions can last for 2 -5 years or more.
Can I color or heat-style the hair?
Absolutely. You can dye, bleach, straighten, or curl them just like your own hair. However, we recommend having this done by a licensed professional hair stylist to ensure the best results and to maintain the integrity of the hair.
Do the wigs and extensions blend with natural hair?
Yes. Mercy’s extensions are designed to match real hair textures. For example, our Mongolian Kinky Curly perfectly blends with 3B/3C curls, while our Indian Wavy blends effortlessly with looser curl patterns.
How do I care for my extensions?
Use sulfate-free shampoos, gentle conditioners, and avoid heavy oils. Always detangle with a wide-tooth comb and store wigs/extensions properly when not in use.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used hair. However, unused products in their original packaging may be exchanged within our stated return policy window (7 DAYS)
