Refund policy

At Mercy’s Hair Extensions, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied, we offer exchanges under the following terms:

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. No refunds.

  • Products must be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition, with packaging and seal intact. Used, dyed, bleached, modified, or damaged items are not eligible.

Return Process

  1. Email mercyshairextension@gmail.com to request an exchange.

  2. Return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable. We recommend trackable shipping for high-value items.

Back Orders & Shipping

  • Backorders take 2–10 days, up to 15 business days in special cases. You may cancel or proceed with the backorder before processing.

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Delivery times are estimated by the courier and are not guaranteed.

We accept payments via:

  • PayPal

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

  • Klarna

  • In-person cash payments (no checks or money orders)

  • COD is not accepted
