Refund policy
At Mercy's Hair Extensions, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange based on the following terms and conditions.
Return ProcessIf you wish to return your product, please follow these steps:

Notify us via email at sales@mercyshairextensions.com to request a return.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Trackable Shipping: If you are returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use a trackable service.
Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for the courier service’s delivery times or any issues with returned items. We cannot control delivery times, and only provide estimated delivery times given by the mailing companies. We do not guarantee delivery dates for shipments.
Exchange RequirementsTo be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

The product must be in original condition. Items that have been used, worn, dyed, bleached, modified (including length or volume changes), or damaged will not be accepted.

The seal must remain untampered with. (Unsealed, ripped, etc.)

The product must be in its original packaging.

Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days after receiving the product. After 7 days, no exchanges will be accepted.

Mercy’s Hair Extensions reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.

No refunds – All sales are final.

Products must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for used hair or items older than 7 days.
If your order is placed on backorder, you will be notified before and after the payment is processed. Back orders typically take 2 to 10 days to ship but may take up to 15 business days in special cases. You have the option to cancel your order or proceed with the backorder. We will not process your order until we receive your decision. Once your order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
Tracking Your OrderOnce your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your PayPal account to track your past orders. By clicking on the order number, you will find detailed order status information.
Payment MethodsWe do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) or checks for payments. For security reasons, we only accept payments via:
