At Mercy’s Hair Extensions, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied, we offer exchanges under the following terms:
Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. No refunds.

Products must be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in original, unused condition, with packaging and seal intact. Used, dyed, bleached, modified, or damaged items are not eligible.

Return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable. We recommend trackable shipping for high-value items.
Back Orders & Shipping

Backorders take 2–10 days, up to 15 business days in special cases. You may cancel or proceed with the backorder before processing.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Delivery times are estimated by the courier and are not guaranteed.
