We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition, with intact seals and packaging.

  • Products may only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

  • No refunds  all sales are final.

  • Contact us first at sales@mercyshairextensions.com to request a return.

  • You are responsible for return shipping; shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For valuable items, use trackable shipping or insurance; we are not responsible for lost or untracked packages.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Back Orders & Turnaround Time

  • Backorders take 2–10 business days, up to 15 in special cases.

  • You will be notified by email if your order is on backorder and can choose to cancel or proceed.

  • Orders are processed the next business day after payment clearance.

  • Once processed, orders cannot be canceled unless approved by management.

  • Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

  • You may track orders via PayPal or your account on our website.

  • Accepted: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Klarna, and in-person cash.

  • Not accepted: COD, checks, or money orders.

  • All online payments are securely processed via PayPal.
