1. Product Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

Send an email to sales@mercyshairextensions.com with details of the defect or damage.

We will provide you with a return address to send the item back.
2. General Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a different product within 7 days of receiving it under the following conditions:
Exchange Requirements:

Original Condition: Merchandise must be returned in its original state.

No Alterations: Hair that has been worn, dyed, bleached, damaged, or modified (length or volume changed) will not be accepted.

Seal Integrity: The product’s seal must be untampered. (Unsealed, ripped, or damaged seals will not be accepted.)

Original Packaging: Product must be returned in its original packaging.

7-Day Limit: All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. After 7 days, no exchanges will be accepted.
Important Note:

No Refunds – All sales are final.

Products must be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges (both sending to you and returning to us).
3. Shipping Returns
To return your product, follow these steps:

Contact us first at sales@mercyshairextensions.com with your exchange request.

We will provide you with an address to send your item back to.
Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Insurance:

For valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.
Mailing Companies:

Once your item(s) are shipped, we are not responsible for the carrier's ability to deliver your product or return items back to us.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary. Mercy's Hair Extensions does not guarantee delivery times.
4. Back Orders and Turnaround Time
If your order is placed on backorder, you will be notified before and after payment.

Back Orders typically take 2 to 10 business days to ship, but in special cases, it may take up to 15 business days.

You will be notified via email if your order is on backorder, and you can choose to cancel or proceed.

Once your order is processed, it cannot be canceled unless otherwise specified by management.

Orders are processed the next business day after the payment is cleared.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can track your order through your PayPal account or by logging into your account on our website.

Clicking on the order number will provide you with specific details such as order status and delivery information.
6. Payment Methods
For security reasons, we do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) orders or checks.
