Can I color or heat-style the hair?
Absolutely. You can dye, bleach, straighten, or curl them just like your own hair. However, we recommend having this done by a licensed professional hair stylist to ensure the best results and to maintain the integrity of the hair.

Use sulfate-free shampoos, gentle conditioners, and avoid heavy oils. Always detangle with a wide-tooth comb and store wigs/extensions properly when not in use.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used hair. However, unused products in their original packaging may be exchanged within our stated return policy window (7 DAYS)

While it is possible to swim with hair extensions or a wig, we recommend minimizing exposure to chlorine and saltwater as they can dry out and damage the hair. Always rinse and condition your hair extensions thoroughly after swimming.
